Art- Da Vinci. He was a cool guy, but all he really painted was the Mona Lisa, and I've seen work on here better than that.

Science, Religion and the Supernatural- Why should a religions belief and scientific belief be any different? Both take a great amount of faith to believe in.

Music- Did you know that Rock is the father of all music, that rock was the founder of all music?

Well, I am aware of the fact, that that is not true, but actually without consulting the intarweb, I could only name that one painting by Da Vinci (not counting the sketches, etc.).

I'm kinda with him/her there. Have you ever made an experiment to prove the theory of relativity? Did you ever calculate why the sun has to be the center of our solar system? How can you know that the universe is actually expanding?
Let me make it very clear, I don't believe in any higher being, but I cannot claim that my beliefs in the mentioned "facts" are based on more than trust for certain scientific authorities. That's my point

Yes, but how many people have that knowledge? And that aside, did you ever repeat what they did? Or do you just trust them? I for one didn't and nevertheless believe them.
I just think that no matter what one believes in, one should not just discard other peoples opinions because they seem far out.
